This is a single parcel of gamay called 'Les Rocs' grown at between 310m - 340m. The parcel is a mixture of sand, silt and clay with a bedrock of granite and gneiss. The juice is vinified in stainless steel tanks before élévage takes place in barrels. It is not fined of filtered.

Tasting Note: This is a lusciously sappy bottling with ripe blackberry fruit concentration. There is elevated acidity, making this wine incredibly moreish and drinkable.
