Tasting Note: Textbook Chablis: wet-stone, sea spray, ripe citrus & toasted almond.

Background: Like Vincent Dauvissat, Laurent’s brother-in-law, all the wines are aged oak barrels (a tiny percentage is new) after fermentation in steel tanks​. The provenance of the oak is mixed which adds complexity to these authentic, brilliant wines.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
