Tasting Note: The nose is beautifully complex, combining minerality, spice and citrus fruits. The palate is pure and well-structured with energetic acidity and a strong saline note. Like a leaner style Chassagne-Montrachet.

Background: This comes from the domaine’s two best plots of Chardonnay: En Daisey located in the town of Magny-lès-Villers and En Bully in Pernand-Vergelesses. The wine remains on its lees for 12 months in 30% new oak.

Serving: Cold - but not too cold! (10–12°C).
